Return Process: If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Unfortunately, we cannot process international exchanges/refunds at this time.

For clothing and accessories purchased online, you have 14 days to request a full refund or exchange. Contact us at info@ifnotnow.co with your reason for return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag, and returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

LIMITED EDITIONS:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Limited Edition or Bespoke items.

NON CLOTHING (SKATE)

No refunds or exchanges are possible on these items. 

MARKET/POP UP PURCHASES:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased at our pop-ups/markets.

PROCESSING TIME:

Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they meet the specified conditions.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

ITEMS LOST DURING RETURN SHIPPING:

We do not take responsibility for items lost during the return shipping process.
