We encourage all of our customers to double check sizing before purchasing and we are very happy to answer any questions 😊 As we are a small business and on a sustainable mission, we only produce stock we need and try to minimise returned stock to avoid a negative impact. We hope you understand, thank you again for supporting Ifnotnow. 

However, should you have the need to return an item, please read on:

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to process any International exchanges/refunds (i.e outside of the UK). 

CLOTHING/ ACCESSORIES

You have the right to return all products you have bought online from www.ifnotnow.co for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. Please get in touch via info@ifnotnow.co and mention your reason for returning the item and we can provide further details. Please note when you exchange or refund any product, we're not able to refund the original shipping costs and you must cover the shipping charges incurred when returning the item. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund requests within 14 days of receiving the goods back with us, provided: 

  • that the item has not been worn or washed, and is in the exact same condition as it was purchased
  • has the original tag intact
  • is returned within 14 days of purchase, together with a receipt or proof of purchase

Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method you used when placing your order.  We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

LIMITED EDITION/BESPOKE PIECES

Unfortunately, on our Limited Edition or Bespoke items, we cannot offer refund or exchange.

NON CLOTHING – PHOTOGRAPHY/ART/HOME/SKATE/STATIONERY

MARKET / POP UP PURCHASES :

UNFORTUNATELY, WE'RE NOT ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AT OUR POP UPS/MARKETS.

We work hard to ensure our pop up customers get support with sizing and walk away with the right product for them, we're happy to answer any questions before purchase too.
